Giving new meaning to Visibility and performance of digital platforms

We use two variables to give meaning to the performance of applications: the first and most hygienic is availability. We make sure that the response received is the correct one, and the second one is the download time perceived by the users, which in turn is decomposed into "various times" that influence the user's perception.
Both variables are what will generate the user's perception and ultimately the user's opinion on the performance of the service.
