Our Atentus robots (unknown digital clients) are installed within the main Internet providers in each country, with the purpose of monitoring and measuring the performance of the application from the perspective of the real user, identifying the external factors (Internet) and the internal factors (service/application) that affect the response.

We are responsible for recording the performance of the platforms and their components individually, to quickly visualize which elements, whether html, images, videos and texts, among others, have characteristics of degradation or failure.

A search for patterns is constantly carried out, allowing us to verify if the content displayed on the web pages is correct or as expected. In addition, we have alerts through different channels, either through emails, text messages, slack, telegram and WhatsApp.

Atentus robots carry out periodic monitoring, following a predetermined navigation flow according to the type of transaction, with the ability to authenticate with a user and password just like a real user would.
